Premium does two things: it lifts the daily limits, and it unlocks the bigger formats — longer reading stories, 10 and 20-word vocabulary lessons, and 1,000-character chat messages instead of 300. Characters and scenarios you create yourself are available on both tiers; chatting with them draws on the same chat allowance as any other chat.
The daily challenge stays at one per day on both tiers. It is meant to be a single focused minute of speaking, and turning it into something you can grind would defeat the point.
